LEGAL PRACTITIONER
Job Summary
We are looking to hire a lawyer with brilliant research and analytical skills. - Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in law (essential).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- A natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
ACCOUNTANT
Job Summary
Planning, implementation, and running of all the financial activities of the company
• Prepare annual depreciation and depletion tax schedules.
• Maintaining balance sheet schedules, ledger accounts, bank reconciliation analysis of accounts of the organization.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Oversee budgetary allocation to various departments based on productivity
• Ensuring company financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time
• Managing the company assets register
• Monitor compliance in line with accepted accounting principles and company procedures
- BSC/HND in Accounting or related discipline
- Possession of ACCA or ACA, CFA is required
- 3- Years’ experience in a similar position with good knowledge of accounting principles
- Experienced with ERP and other Accounting software
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
